Summary
The monoclonal antibody to human IL-10 (clone B-S10) has shown to be suitable for immunohistochemistry on frozen tissue and neutralization assays (Brok H. et al. 2002 and Fontana S. et al. 2003). The B-S10 antibody can be succesfully used in ELISA (Jones K. et al. 1995), flow cytrometry (Rostaing L. et al. 1999) and ELISPOT assays.
