Summary
The monoclonal antibody to human IL-1β (clone B-A15) has shown to be suitable for intra-cytoplasmic flow cytrometry and neutralization assays (Chêne L. et al. 1999 and Kingham P.J. et al. 2000). B-A15 recognizes both natural (pro and mature) and recombinant human IL-1beta.
