Summary
Intended for use as an antigen-specific positive control in for example IFN-γ, IL-2 and G-CSF ELISPOT assay. The peptide pool consists of 32 peptides, each corresponding to 13 HLA class I restricted CD8+ T cells epitopes from human Influenza A virus (Flu), Cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).
The recommended test concentration is 1 µg of each peptide/ml, 100 µl cell culture/well. Reference: Currier, J.R. et al. 2002.
Upon ordering, you will receive one vial which is sufficient to analyze 100 ELISPOT samples.
