Human CD3/CD28 positive control in ELISPOT

To be used as a positive control in human cytokine ELISPOT assays. The product targets the human CD3 and CD28 receptors on the surface of T cells. A variety of different cytokines are induced by this antibody combination including IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13. The recommended dilution is 100x in culture medium containing >10E4 human PBMC/ml. Upon ordering, you will receive one vial which is sufficient to test 50 ELISPOT samples.
