Dilution buffer B (10x)

This buffer has specifically been developed for diluting biotinylated anti-cytokine antibodies and GABA conjugate. The dilution buffer should be used only in conjunction with the reagents for silver staining generating "black" spots on PVDF membranes. Upon ordering, you will receive dilution buffer B for 480 ELISPOT determinations.
