Dilution buffer R (10x)

This buffer has specifically been developed for diluting biotinylated anti-cytokine antibodies and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. The dilution buffer should be used only in combination with the reagents for enzymatic staining generating "red" spots on PVDF membranes.
