Summary
The monoclonal antibody to mouse IL-4 (clone 11B11) has shown to be suitable for intracellular staining (Assenmacher M. et al. 1998), ELISA (Carson R.T. et al. 1999) and Western Blot. The 11B11 antibody can also successfully be used in immunohistochemistry and neutralization assays (Chaudhri G. et al. 2004 and Hammond K.J. et al. 1998).
