Summary
The polyclonal antibody to human IL-12p70 neutralizes both natural and recombinant human and rhesus macaque IL-12 and IL-23 (van Beelen A.J. et al. 2007). The antibody has been used to skew Th2 polarization by blocking IL-12 which normally induces IFN-gamma production and stimulation of PBMC (Groot F. et al. 2006 and Kaptein B. et al. 2007). The antibody is suitable for ELISA and ELISPOT assays and is affinity purified.
