Summary
The monoclonal antibody to human IL-2 (clone B-G5) has shown to be suitable for intra-cytoplasmic flow cytrometry and neutralization assays (Sewell W.A. et al. 1997 and Peng X. et al. 1998). B-G5 recognizes both natural and recombinant human IL-2 and can be used in Western Blot (Heuser C. et al. 2004). The B-G5 antibody has been described as useful in a sandwich ELISA and ELISPOT assay (Driesse M.J. et al. 2000 and Lechmann M. et al. 1999).
